Welcome to Urbn Bazar. By downloading, accessing, or using the Urbn Bazar mobile application or website ("Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • Urbn Bazar refers to the hyperlocal commerce platform owned and operated by Bazar Mela Private Limited.

  • Customer refers to any individual using the Platform to purchase products or services.

  • Vendor refers to independent retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other merchants listed on the Platform.

  • Delivery Partner refers to individuals or agencies responsible for delivering customer orders.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Account Registration

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Urbn Bazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

4. Orders

  • Orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by the respective Vendor.

  • Product availability may vary.

  • Urbn Bazar reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing

  • Prices displayed are determined by the respective Vendor.

  • Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before checkout.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, vendor preparation time, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for extended delivery distances or special delivery requests.

7. Payment

Urbn Bazar accepts various payment methods including:

  • UPI

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Payment must be successfully completed before order confirmation, except for approved Cash on Delivery orders.

8. Cancellations

Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the Vendor starts processing them.

Vendor Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Products are unavailable.

  • Operational issues occur.

  • Delivery is not feasible.

Eligible refunds will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

9. Refunds

Refunds will be initiated for:

  • Cancelled orders.

  • Failed payments.

  • Missing items (after verification).

  • Incorrect products (after verification).

Refund timelines depend on the payment provider or banking institution.

10. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only for:

  • Damaged products.

  • Expired products.

  • Incorrect products.

  • Missing items.

Perishable items may not be eligible unless there is a quality issue.

11. Product Information

Product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are provided by Vendors or manufacturers. Actual products may vary slightly from the images displayed.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details.

  • Treat delivery personnel respectfully.

  • Avoid misuse of the Platform.

  • Comply with applicable laws.

13. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Product quality.

  • Packaging.

  • Product availability.

  • Compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

14. Promotions & Coupons

  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Urbn Bazar may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

  • Misuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension.

15. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access.

  • Use fake identities.

  • Abuse delivery partners or vendors.

  • Place fraudulent orders.

  • Upload harmful software or malicious content.

16. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, graphics, software, and content on the Platform are the exclusive property of BazarMela Private Limited or its licensors.

17. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with the Urbn Bazar Privacy Policy.

18. Limitation of Liability

Urbn Bazar acts as a technology platform connecting Customers with Vendors and Delivery Partners. Urbn Bazar shall not be liable for:

  • Vendor product defects.

  • Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customer misuse of products.

  • Losses arising from incorrect customer information.

19. Suspension or Termination

Urbn Bazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms & Conditions.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where BazarMela Private Limited maintains its registered office.
